Remodeling
Fixed price in writing after a 30-minute walkthrough, and a two-year written warranty on our workmanship.
- Bathroom Remodeling
Full-gut baths, double vanities, tile and frameless glass. Walk-in shower conversions start at $3,500 in labor.
- Walk-In Showers
Curbless and low-curb showers built over bonded waterproofing. Acrylic is an option when budget or speed decides it.
- Tub-to-Shower Conversion
The tub comes out, the shower goes in, and the plumbing is re-set properly instead of panelled over.
- Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinets, quartz, layout changes and lighting, with the finish date in the contract before demo day.
- Microcement & Plaster
Microcement, Venetian plaster, limewash, Marmorino and Tadelakt for walls, floors, showers and fireplaces.
- Flooring Installation
LVP, tile and carpet, with subfloor levelling and wet-area waterproofing in the scope.
- Interior & Exterior Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets inside; siding, trim and fascia outside. Drywall repair and texture match done first.
- Concrete & Foundations
Patios, driveways, flatwork, sidewalks and new foundation pours for homeowners and custom builders.
Restoration & property services
Damage work is priced off the scope, not off a menu — what it costs depends on what the water or fire actually reached. We document the full loss before demo, which is what keeps your deductible the number that matters.
- Water & Flood Damage Restoration
Extraction, dry-out and the rebuild afterwards. The phone is answered 24/7 and the scope is written in Xactimate.
- Water Damage — Eagle Pass Corridor
Eagle Pass, Del Rio and Uvalde. Same crew, same documentation, longer drive.
- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
Board-up through rebuild, in the order that keeps the claim clean.
- Mold Remediation & Rebuild
We coordinate licensed remediators and then rebuild what they open up. We do not perform the remediation ourselves.
- Apartment Make-Ready & Unit Turns
Unit turns on a property-manager schedule, priced per unit.
Where we work
San Antonio and roughly 40 miles out for remodeling. Restoration travels further — we run the Eagle Pass, Del Rio and Uvalde corridor as well.
