The floor is only as flat as what is under it
Most flooring complaints in San Antonio are not about the flooring. They are about a subfloor nobody levelled, a squeak nobody chased down, or a bathroom floor that was grouted but never waterproofed. Material choice is the easy half of this decision and the half every showroom will help you with. The half that decides whether the floor is still flat in three years happens before the first plank goes down.
We are a general contractor, so the subfloor work is ours too. Levelling, patching, squeak repair and wet-area waterproofing are written into the estimate rather than discovered halfway through and billed as a change order.

What we install

Luxury Vinyl Plank
LVP through living areas, kitchens and baths — waterproof, quiet underfoot, and the material most San Antonio homes end up choosing when pets, kids and spills all have a vote.
Ceramic & Porcelain Tile
Floor tile set flat and level with consistent grout lines, including large-format sizes that punish an uneven subfloor. The same crew that tiles our showers sets the floors.
Hardwood
We install hardwood over a prepared, level subfloor, with the acclimation time the material actually needs before it goes down — rushing that step is why boards cup or gap a season later. Refinishing an existing hardwood floor is a different trade and not something we are quoting right now.
Carpet & Padding
Carpet and fresh padding in bedrooms and closets, replaced rather than stretched over the old pad. Padding is the part nobody sees and the part you feel every day.
Subfloor Prep & Levelling
Self-levelling, patching and squeak repair before anything goes down. A floor fails from underneath, and large-format tile and LVP both telegraph a subfloor you did not fix.
Wet Areas & Waterproofing
Bathroom and laundry floors built over bonded waterproofing — wedi Fundo bases and Schluter systems — so the floor in the wettest room in the house is the one least likely to fail.
Rental & Make-Ready Flooring
LVP, carpet and tile replaced per unit on a property-manager schedule, with consistent product specs so a portfolio stays uniform turn after turn.
Subfloor included, not discovered
A single-trade installer quotes the floor and stops at the edge of it. When the subfloor turns out to need levelling, or the bathroom needs waterproofing, that is a second trade, a second visit and a second invoice. We do the work underneath as part of the same job.

Old flooring out and hauled away, subfloor patched, levelled and made sound. Wet areas get their waterproofing before tile.

New floor set, transitions and trim finished, then a walk with you. Anything you can point at gets fixed before we load out.
